Reebok bites the dust..

Well it doesn't come as a surprise for those of us with an IQ above 30..


Reebok now has to refund ALL customers who bought the Reebok Easytone shoe since what it promises to do in terms of shaping your butt is - a complete lie!

Darn. Who on eeeeeeaaaaaarth would have thought..? I guess it just depends on what kind of person you are. Newsflash Reebok:

Rosa Dygnet or "PINK 24H" 2011!

Every year an event called Rosa Dygnet (Pink 24hours) takes place in october to raise money in the fight against breast cancer. Last year the event raised as much as 200 000SEK! Basically we fill 24 hours with as much blood, sweat and tears as you can imagine and all money that comes in goes straight to the Breast Cancer Foundation. I feel proud and happy to be part of this event!

Now it's time for YOU to do your part! And your part is easy :) Just join the fun by booking your space NOW and look through the different classes like a saturday goodie bag to see which ones are for you! There's at least one class I know you should try.. ;)

Just another day..

Today was supposed to have a day about more choreographing and learning choreography, but ended up being about meetings, invoices, insurances, setting new dates for Powerstrip® Instructor Education, girl gossip, travel booking, babysitter chase, worrying and thinking and contemplating. People sometimes say that - thankfully - things don't always turn out the way we plan them which makes everything more fun. Oh lord, wouldn't it be fun if sometimes, just sometimes, they actually did too??

Now gonna try and find some new music and listen in on the BODYPUMP music again since it's been a w h i l e since last time. Hehe.. Wish me luck!

Hair and mind..

I told Ebbe to stay still this morning so I could get a pic of his new haircut. He did not only stand still but also to the best of his ability showed me his haircut..


I spent the day out on the town doing stuff, buying stuff, fixing stuff, visiting people. Until I ended up on a bench by the water..


Just sitting by myself for a while with my thoughts is something I don't do often enough unfortunately. But today I made myself. How do you make stillness your best friend? I so need it but lord, it stresses me out.. :-/

Now time for bed. Hope I get to sleep and don't wake up again around midnight as I have almost every night since I got back. Jetlag is a bitch.

Tuesday!

Ebbe got so excited when there was a digging machine (have no clue what they are called..) on daycare campus so I asked if he wanted me to take a pic of him in front of it. Yes box, but could he take his eyes from it for one second..? Nope.




After lunch it was time for a beloved date with my darling Beckis! Three and a half hours passed in no time. My God we can talk. :)

Lazy Sunday..

Today Ebbe went for his first hair dresser appointment ever! And we didn't even have to get him any of the treats we had bought in case he didn't want to sit still. Proud mama. :)


And the little guy was just as proud just to get to sit in the big chair..


When we got home we were all absolutely knackered and needed a nap. Ebbe didn't quite make it to the bed though..


In the afternoon we had friends snd family to visit and Ebbe finally got to see his beloved cousin again after being apart for a few weeks.

Now a super early night for me. Jet lag in combo with party all night long makes me feel my age for real. Hehe..

..today until eight o'clock! Not bad, not bad at all. :) Gonna keep going on my to-do list until 11.30 when it's time for Bodycombat for this little pumping dancer! ;) Jihaa!

And then grocery shopping and a bit of fixing around the house before having some lovely friends over tonight! :) I'm so happy Henke took down the fake stone "pizza wall" and made it waaaay trendier by putting an iPad to regulate basically everything electronic in the house with instead! Cool..

Nostalgic..

Now I get it. The reality TVshows. I get how they can be so successfull (or sucksexful haha - sorry private joke ;)) cause there is nothing more powerful and engaging than personal relations. And my summer has consisted of m a n y hours spent with a special group of people from all around the world.

<3 My LMP team. <3 I would so like to make you understand how much you mean to me and how far your roots have grown firmly into my heart even though we've spent relatively little time together after all. There is a poem (in Swedish) that explains my feelings spot on:

"- Hej. Stör jag?
- Du inte bara stör, du rubbar hela min existens. Välkommen."

And with my not always so great English it would be somthing like this:

" - Hi. Am I interrupting?
- Not only interupting. You are turning my whole existens upside down. Welcome."

Well, poor language but I hope you got the message. My family circle has grown immensly and it's really true that the more love you give, the more love you get.
