A gastronomical weekend!

This weekend has been all about time off and treating ourselves foodwise! Hehe..

One of my absolute favourites for Sat night dinner: "Fläsklägg och rotmos"

Let's just say, in my opinion, pure heaven on earth.. ;)


Yummm..


And root mash! Mmm..


But can't take credit for any of it since Marcus was the chef tonight!


Then the weekend just happend to continue with some a little bit less nutrient rich treats.. Oops! ;)


Kids parties - a diet trap! Haha..


And then one or two donuts rolled down the throat too I'll have to admit. (Won't even bother putting a pic up of the seafood pasta and carrot cake from today too..)


Detox big time starting as from tomorrow! Vacation time over. Humpff.

Wedding pics from Tuscany, Italy!

Last weekend I had one of the most romantic experiences ever at my dear friend Susannas wedding in Castelfiorentino in Italy! Five days that included everything from romance, shopping, sightseeing, laughing (LOTS!), crying, singing, gossiping, loving and living! <3 (Oh and lots and lots of pasta, wine and desserts too of course! But I sure will make an effort to post it during the weekend in between kids parties with my little guy - and dinner and movie nights with my big guy, who's coming from Stockholm to stay with us this weekend. :)

FULL on week..

Monday: Work in Gothenburg + late travel to Stockholm
Tuesday: Work in Stockholm + cosy dinner at night :)
Wednesday: Silly early travel from Stockholm + work in Gothenburg
Thursday: Early laundry time 7am and then work all day 'til 9 pm. Folding clothes, packing, printing tickets all night. In bed by midnight.
Friday: Morning walk (IF I have the energy..) work all day, picking up Ebbe <3, travelfood shopping and then home to pack and promised movie night with Ebbe
Saturday: Flying with my little prince to Tuscany, Italy to realx for a few days - finally!!!

Model for a day..

The thought of make up and hair people pampering me all day is the best breakfast to start a day I'd say! Love pretending to be a model for a day. :) But that also means that the real breakfast is a bit small. Only yoghurt w cinnamon änd peanutbutter. It will have to be small snacks during the day til we're finished instead to avoid the look of just eating half a pig with a bloated belly. ;)
