Goodbye bloglife!

My dear friends,

A new year has started and new beginnings and awakenings with it. One new beginning for me is to do exactly what I want - instead of what I should, could or think I need to do. For whatever reasons, that are not my own.

My life is to the very most filled with love and happiness and I'm surrounded by loving friends and family. I thank you all for having kept me company on my many travels around the world and in my emotional journeys inside my heart. From now on you're welcome to join me from facebook.com/swedishasa as I will no longer update this blog. I will still keep it for sentimental reasons but the story ends here.

(For those of in favour of the written word I've started my new journey - the beginning of my first book, planned to be released during 2014! Follow me on FB or checkout my webpage to know when it's out to hit the light of day! :))

As from today I will spend every vacant breathing minute with the people and actions I love the most. Living life to the fullest. Totally present. Grateful for every single day.

Today the party was at Ebbe's and my penthouse! A five hour long party that put a smile on my face to last a looong time..! :) Thank you ALL for coming. <3

Helloo!

A lot on during the weeks without Ebbe so that I can have more time off work with my prince on the other weeks! :)

Had a wonderful BODYBALANCE today at lunchtime with an all time high of 47 participants. :) Yay! But crowded..

Tomorrow I'm up early to catch a ferry onto a small island outside Gothenburg and then on Thursday it's time to start off the Valentine's day with my brand new morning class for this year! BODYPUMP at 8.30 am. Oh my..! Or oh my legs rather.. ;)

And according to instagram tags I'm not the only one pushing play this week! :)

More dance video!! Femme Fatale - the Nike Blast 2012 (Sweden)

This class was super fun! Being on the BIG stage with dancers like Åsa Fornander and Kristin Sudeikis was a definate high for me and even though it sometimes under rehearsals was hard to see how things could even come together - it did. :)

(And yes, there is a reason I'm not getting paid to sing on stage.. ;))

New beginnings!

Heheey people!

New week and new tasks! Enjoying my days with Ebbe to the fullest and are just starting to rehearse the new releases for the Les Mills Super Saturday in UK, Edinburgh in March! :)

Have had a sneak peek of some vids and soon to check out pics from the weekends Nike Blast and I'll post them om my FB-page in the album Dance & Fitness as soon as I have them! Have a feeling it's gonna be a few fun ones! ;)

Now I'm gonna wake up my little prince and then make myself a good day!
