Oooh my for poor blogging this week! Work is eating me alive and on top of that it's full on prep for the Nike Blast! So this weekend sure will be something to fill you in on afterwards!

Studio rehearsal in my studio wraps!

After a HECTIC week at work..

It was divine to finish it off in the couch with my little guy and one of these: the Swedish "semla"!

Today started calmer and I spent the morning walking around in my new Nike studio wraps. Loooove them!!

Now iff to the gym regearsing for Nike Blast while the guys go to a Motorcycle Exhibition!

Loving day!

Saturday morning started out just as cosy and glam as any other morning.. ;)

Then off to my brother's wedding - such a lovely day! (I took a lot of pics but I'll let them choose where and when they post there pictures.)

The outfit of the day was as many times when I choose dresses - Karen Millen.

A million things..

Ok - this weekend was planned to work work and God knows I DID. Today I choreographed the Powerstrip warm up and ran through the final choreo a bundle of times. Did not finish my lecture at all but rehearsed Shbam 15, learned Bodypump 88 and more or less Bodybalance 64 too. Phew. 

Hence my back is killing me right now.. :-/ Not injured or so - no no. Just cramping a bit. Will be fine by tomorrow. :) Already looking forward to my lunchtime pumpclass!

But now - me and this baby 'til I pass out. ;)

You cannot believe how much I've accomplished this morning. Being up since five sure has advantages. :) But we'll see how I feel tonight! Hehe..

Now hanging up the last load of laundry the hitting the shops to buy some gardening stuff and then a semi-short session at the gym to run through everything from yesterday!

Felt a bit lonely this morning but as soon as the sun came out I felt better. It's a beautiful day. Let's enjoy it!

Sleepless in Seattle..?

Well not quite. But slept well just woke up darn early. Have told myself that 5am is okey to get up. :)

And with only 5h sleep maybe tonight it will be easier to sleep? 

Not that there is any question why I have troble sleeping..

There's no blond little stirpot in my bed, kicking and snoring away. Cause that's when I sleep the best. <3

Rehearsals gone mad!

This is my wooooorking weekend for the Nike Blast!! Today I headed to the studio and choreographed my Powerstrip class - SO MUCH FUN!

Sweaty and happy.. :)

Tomorrow is another run-through day and choreographing the warm up. Oh and of course continuing writing on my lecture Body, Power & Sexuality!

Sorry folks for poor blogging but back to woooork this week - and evenings I try and make the most of with my Ebbe! :)

This weekend is all work too actually since I intend to lock myself in a studio and choreograph my a** off! ;) Nike BLAST in Stockholm coming up sooon!

Awesome day with friends..

Today was a great day at home. Dull wheather outside so have to admit I have not even left the house today. X-) Oh well..

The Cato's came over to just hang and play for a bit. :) And to play the electric guitar of course..!

Add some board games to that before a sleep over at Grandma and Grandpas and Ebbe was one happy geezer!

I took the opportunity to work a bit for The Nike Blast and to "design" invitations for Ebbe's 5 years party coming up in February. But I can really feel the lack of sleep from last night.. Should try and hit the sac early I guess.

Ebbe's newly refurbished room! Dark red really was not a colour of our taste and I get so happy everytime I look inside. :)

My little bugger had had growing pains half the night so not much sleep for us two.. X-/

Days off w Ebbe= happiness!

Yesterday we were at grandma and grandpa's! And although crappy wheather their guest/summer house always looks adorable to me.. <3

Ebbe happy as usual.. :)

And cousin Ina too!

Today I woke up to a well awaken and ready to play Ebbe..

Then after lunch we hit the skating range!

And after dinner for two and Tinkerbell the movie, we played Doctor and Hairdresser til bedtime. I loooove being touched in my hair.. ;)

Now sitting in silence, Ebbe asleep. Just finished watching "Act like a lady, Think like man" - quite liked it!
