1) If not used to drinking coffee don't start practicing at 9pm at night. Zzz..
2) If you need to pee already before you head off to daycare with the little one don't think: I'll do it later.
3) Running for the bus in a Nike downjacket, woolen shoes and a knitted beanie results in unwanted amounts of sweat on the back and other places. Do not repeat ever again.
