About a thousand things to do and have to go ALL in with 100% focus on The Nike Blast this weekend, so babydolls, I'll have to advice you to tag along here instead for the next few days! Here is from The Nike Blast Norway last year during my Powerstrip class on the big stage. :)

Strippers, champagne and dinner lingerie.. - Powerstrip staff party!!

Oh my this weekend was a handful to say the least. Not only did I move to Ebbe's and my new faaaabulous roof top apartment (Thank you a zillion times Johanna and Victor for hooking me up with it! and thank you everyone who helped me move! <3) but it was also time for this year's POWERSTRIP kick off night with miy gurlz! Wiiihooo!!

I can't even describe all the fun of the night but let's just say that the dinner and party lasted a bit over nine hours.. Hehe.. And that also included a very well-behaved sleeping little baby princess as part of the company the whole time too! :) So let me just now sum up the evening in pics for you:

We started of with some bubbly at Swea Hof Bar at Elite Plaza Hotel. Here's the crew for the night: Noelle, Beckis, Sandra and Helene!

The restaurant choice for the evening was of course in the same line as our work ;) so I had made reservations at Puta Madre which is a super cool restaurant made up just like an old fashioned brothel!

And of course - as soon as we arrived it turned out Beckis and the owner knew each other! Of course.. she's such a celebrity that girl.. ;)

The drink menu was super funny made up as a newspaper..

And the wines were described as different women to choose from. ;) We decided on these cheeky bottles!

Great service and the cutest waitress!

And like most times we get together with Moving Arts Dance Productions for some reason we overwhelm each other with small gifts! This is me happy and excited.. ;)

And for everyone who knows me.. Meat. On. Bone. That's it and I'm in heaven!! And let me tell you the food at this restaurant was superb - left no-one disappointed.

More sweet pink gifts from Hellan!

Not that we were running low on the sweet stuff.. YuM! We had two big pieces to share - and that was a LOT. If you're heading here I totally recommend the black and white tart!!

After Puta Madre there was a LOT of giggles on our way to the next place..

Stop number three: The brand new Clarion Post hotel! Of course we just had to check it out to see what all the fuss had been about in town lately.. :)

Here someone clearly forgot to tell me we were all supposed to pull the playing-hard-to-get-face.. ;)

And as I was filming absolute nonsense (as always ;)) in the elevator - Hellan out of nowhere pulls out a hairspray and like a ninja in battle attacks a few poor hairs on her head like life and world peace was depending on it! Hihi.. Whaaaaat??!!

Food avaliable 'til late at night at Clarion Post - I LIKE!

And of course Hellan doesn't stop at buying us a round of drinks.. Champagne for the ladies!

Sam, the hotel customer relations person (or something) made sure everything was ok for the girls with the little sleeping beauty next to us..

Last stop went to the Atrium Piano Bar in Sas Radisson where we've spent a lot of times in our days. A nostalgic and chiiled out place to end a lovely evening with even more laughter. :)

These three girls. I don't know how they do it but they make me believe I can live 'til I'm a hundred years old - at least! Just by the joy they spread in this past weekend. Love you all massively!!! <3 More time spent with the family and everyone else that I love too in the coming year, thnak you! ;)

Then I took the little latina home to stay the night with me - just like the last time the day before I was moving - haha! But at least I made her a really yummy breakfast before we started moving to my new, beautiful and absolutely wonderful flat. :)

I am so blessed. There is no way anyone can have as fun at work as I do. NO WAY. Today I'm sitting at my desk minding my own when all of a sudden Bernie dances in and just free rolls a super hot dance to the music on her iPhone! Just like that! I laughed so hard I begged her to do one for you my lovely readers as well - and voilà! :)

So Friday! New apartment in the weekend! Fun lunch in great company! Nike Blasts coming up! LAPDANCE AT WORK...! Seriously, nope don't think it get's any better than this. :)

So much fun so much love!

Every day at Sportlife head office where I work we always have a morning snack time together. It's super cozy to get together and have late brekkie together and just gossip for a moment before the day's full on workload kicks in. I truly love my collegues! :) Here Johanna stuffs her face (literally!) but as a matter of a fact she has lost over 5kgs only since January 2nd just by changing her diet and working out! You go girl! If there is a will, there is a way..




Another super funny collegue of mine is Bernie who acted just like a drug addict today fidgeting, stuttering and (self)convincingly telling everyone she had deactivated her Facebook account. Great, good for you babes! How long did she last? More or less exactly seven minutes..!! Haha it's a crazy world. ;)

And today I just had to show you another piece of the Nike spring collection! A super hot and equally cool windrunner in black and orange - LOVE it!




And tonight this is what we spent our time doing Ebbe and I.. :)




Oh yes and of course reading books over and over again. My not so favorite part is when he all of a sudden says: "Sing." Yup, it means I should not read but s i n g the story. Oh lord, and there's like a zillion pages left. But like any mom would do..

From pink sweat to dirty lightbulbs!

Just finished my Sh'Bam class for the evening about one and a half hour ago and since then I've been home to get some bags together, drive across town to Johanna and Victors place (which will be MINE on sunday!! :)) to leave my stuff and the summer tyres in the storage room. And on my way home I thought I m u s t change that stupid broken light on the car before I get fined some ridiculous amount for driving with just one light in this wintertime pitch black country...

Ok, now this might not be much to most. But I have never done it before, and to be honest - never really planned on doing it ever, but hey things change. So since the guy in the gas station couldn't go outside I tried myself. Not sure whether all the somewhat bad words I was t hi n k i n g actually might also have come out loud, cause the guy had opened the small window by the till and asked if I wanted him to guide me? IF??? For heavens sake - why do you think I'm at a gas station at eleven at night to change a f-ing light bulb I bought already several days ago?!? YES please..!

And so even though I realise I probably couldn't have done it without him I was soooo proud of myself when I actually made it!

Thinking I might fix something else tomorrow. Or build. Maybe with wood and a hammer. Yup, feels about right.

KICK OFF 2012 - Moving Arts Dance Productions!!

Wiiihooo!! Finally it's time! I'm taking my Powerstrip® Educators for a night on the town and jeeeez have I missed them. :) Last we did something together was in April last year when I took them to Madrid for fun and shopping. But now we'll be staying in Sweden. Might be cold and dark, but where we're going it won't matter. Starts off in the Plaza Bar at Elite Hotels but after that they don't have a clue.. ;)

I'm so looking forward to just having some free time chillin' and laughing with my homegirls. That happens way to seldom by the way. WAY to seldom.

Promise to self: Make sure to spend more time with loved ones during 2012. <3

2012 is going ON!!

Mission for tonight is to choreograph some more for my classes at the Nike Blasts, pay salary to some of my employees, pay invoices for some (more) stuff I (apparently) have ordered on Nikestore.com, decide and buy a sofa and bed online so that it gets delivered to my apartment fairly soon (four flights of stairs and no elevator - jippie..) and finally try and sort out the mess I've made around the house. :)

Well there, a great Saturday night as long as it ends with me cuddling up next to my little guy in the end. <3

Eriksson goes wheeling..!

Wiiihoooo!!! No more sickening early mornings, no more singing to Ebbe (and a whole other lot of people) on the morning bus, no more walking in snow storms, no more choosing flat shoes just cause I'm gonna pick up Ebbe at daycare. No more caring about lousy wheather!!

Because I got myself a car!! It's not new, it's not super shiny, it's not the coolest model (hehe) and it might not be everyone elses wet dream. But let me tell you this.

It's MINE. And I LOVE it. <3

Rush slowly..

Rushed into the store to get snacks. Got a phone call. Went outside the store to talk. Went back in when I was finished on the phone. Got the stuff I wanted together and went to pay. Then what? Can't find wallet. P A N I C!! Wtf?! I know I just had it. Swear loud and wide about all stealing, immoral, low-life pieces of shit people in the world before I hear someone further back in line saying: "There's a wallet lying on the ice cream fridge." pointing two meters behind me.

Oh?? Yup there it was. Right next to the cottage cheese and right where I appearently just dropped (literally) everything I had in hand to take the call..


Must have been an important call you think. Sure. It was from the dentist's office answering my query with that they didn't think it was necessary for me to come in at all for another six months unless I really wanted to.

Re-start. Focus. And breathe.

Longing..!!

This afternoon I'm running, leaping, hurrying, rushing, FLYING to daycare! It's gonna be me and the little one all evening.

I miss him. <3

I hate you.

On my way home I'm standing on the bus. It's not too late actually, 9.30pm, but absolutely pitch black outside. My stop is getting closer and I'm gathering myself and my bags together, checking that nothing is left behind. Like I always (try to) do every morning when I'm on the bus. But tonight as I stand in front of the doors I see myself doing something more than that in my window reflection. I pull my hood up and I tuck my hair in. Just like that. Without thinking about it.

Now why did I do that? 

Because somewhere deep down I'm anxious. Maybe afraid even. And then I only have a three minute walk to my door from the bus stop. But surely so did a lot of the girls who we could all read about in the newspaper the following day. Who never got home that evening. Who never got to say goodbye to loved ones and who had to leave this world in pure horror.

So therefor I write this to everyone who is responsible for me being afraid to walk alone in the dark. I write this for every child who no longer has a mom - or a dad - because of what you've done. I hate the fact that although I have no idea why you are hurting so much that you have to hurt others, you still affect my life. I hate the idea of more money being spent on prison food then on school dining. I hate feeling the need to look over my shoulder all the way home. I hate being told to walk "with an attitude". I hate wondering if I should choose to wear pants instead of a skirt sometimes. I hate the feeling of late night running being out of the question. I hate being relieved whenever a male friend is going the same way as me so we could have company.

I hate you all. For making me tuck in my hair.

Sh'Bam day 1..

Yesterday was a blast! A superfun group of 27 becoming Sh'Bam instructors who are all doing a great job working and sweating like mad. :)

I love getting to try out the new Nike line but (of course) forgot to take outfit of the day pics so I borrowed one from Åsa instead. :)


And the pink Nike shorts that are super comfy to work out in appearently were too short for the gym I am teaching at this weekend. Preferably one was to wear tights underneath. Oh? Ok. They are not even hot pants or anything but ok. I do wonder if it would be the same if it were summer outside and everyone was walking around in shorts? Hm.


Last night I met up Micke from the trainer team and went for some good food at Vapiano! He is such a fun guy to hang out with. (Probably in bed with bleeding ears today after spending a lot more time than he's used to with this talkative miss Eriksson but he'll live. ;))

Old dog in old habits..?

As I was heading out from the hotel I took a quick tour into the buffet and grabbed a piece of brie to go - huuuungry. And tonight it hit me. I'm not used to this. And I'm not talking about the cheese. I'm talking about not being in a relationship. Cause as I was about to exit the hotel doors I automatically stopped, turn around and waited until the clerk at the reception looks up from his paperwork before I say:

"I'm heading out for a bit so I'll see you later." as I waved goodbye and then left.

There's no need to say that the clerk looked more than puzzled by this sudden reveal of what is to him a totally unnecessary piece of information. And it was probably the glimpse of his startled facial expression that I saw briefly just as I turned my head that made me reflect over this at all. Oh well. Never mind. Tomorrow is a new day! I'll go for just "bye" then I think..

But on the other hand I might just keep on doing it. One day maybe I'll be talking to someone lonely and that someone might just think of it as something nice. :) Who knows?

And wouldn't that possibility just make it worth it, I wonder.

Spring Nike love!!!

Let me tell you ONE thing for sure - Nike's new spring collection a b s o l u t e l y ROCKS!! The colours and the designs are nothing but cool, edgy and somewhat retro loving. :) If you wanna make a statement with your training Nike is aaaall you!

Heading upp to Sthlm for Blast rehearsals and a SH'BAM module this weekend and I'll try and remember to snap some outfit of the day pics for you so you can see what I mean! :)

Today I'm going for a more laid back look with orange/black windrunner, white Nike down jacket and my glitter UGGs..!

Good morning! Sort of.. ;)

My little guy decided to get up at 4.50am this "morning" so there wasn't much else to choose from. Zzz.. But the mood he's in this Friday the 13th could not poosibly be any sunnier! Sung his way all the way through breakfast and still is here at the bus stop. <3


And even though my eyes are more red than Santa this morning I just cannot be anything but truly happy for this tiny but infinite bundle of joy who came into my life on February 18th 2009. And for the fact that I get to share the parenthood with the most beautiful person inside and out. Not everyone is that lucky.

Grateful. Again. :)

Sleepless in ...Gothenburg.

Fell asleep early as I was putting Ebbe to bed hence woke up now feeling wide awake. Oh bugger. I know I should just try and fall back asleep but it's kinda difficult. Got up to the toilet, to the kitchen for some water, checked new message on Whatsapp and FB (not clever I know since checking the phone always awakens the brain even more) and now I'm seriously thinking of getting up and baking another "sticky chocolate cake" as Ebbe and I did earlier this evening. Mmm..


I mean why not? If there is something that really relaxes and recharges me it's baking and that's the whole point of sleeping right? :) And I am giving myself biiiig time cred for not doing night time online shopping which is usually a great talent of mine usually. A BIG talent. H U G E. ;) Hope you are all off into dreamland though! Night night. /Å

And we're off!

The gyms are crowded and classes are PACKED! What a feeling!! :) I think more people ought to start their "new lives" every day and not predominently only on Mondays in January every year.. ;)

Today I taught BODYBALANCE and SH'BAM! Sooo much fun! Tomorrow it's BODYPUMP at lunch hour at Sportlife Backaplan! Join me? :)
