Just packed the last bits and pieces for my Sh'Bam QW in Stockholm tomorrow and am about to hop in the shower. Have been sticky and yucky all the evening since I got home from BODYPUMP QW with my talented collegue Sandra earlier on tonight. (Isn't that a reeeeally common issue in the fitness world? To get into the actual shower after coming home is so much harder than the workout itself, right??) BODYPUMP 80 r o c k e d but oh my lord - the lunge track. Be prepared my friends, be prepared. It gonna hit hard that's for sure.. Ouch.
And speaking of ouch, my pulled hamstring has really been bothering me lately so next week I'm calling my naprapath. Need help if I'm gonna last and since I have Nike Blasts in both Sweden, Finland, Norway and Sh'Bam modules coming up pretty soon into the new year I need to take care of myself.
Cherish your body people. Celebrate all the things that do work. And breathe love and hope into the rest. I wish for all of those who don't feel well around me get better soon. <3
