Overload..

Tired. Forgetting things. Not quite catching on. Keep repeating myself. Nope, no can do no more. Have to cut things off the to do list.. But WHAT??

- Learn BODYBALANCE and BODYPUMP and refresh SH'BAM for releases next week.
- Prepare education material and burn six Powerstrip®-dvd:s for the Instructor Module in Norway.
- Practice Nike classes and make warmups and choreograph team-class.
- Learn all choreos on both sides. Right and left, left and right! X-)
- Put together play-lists for all classes and send to DJ.
- Get subs for classes I can't teach while I'm away in Jan and Feb.
- Find out where my SH'BAM 7 kit is gone!! Lost in the mail.. Grrr!
- Prep for Nike rehearsals and SH'BAM module in Stockholm next weekend.
- Pay invoices.
- Make invoices.
- Start planning for the BIG move at the end of the month. Engage a moving firm. Order at least(!) a bed to sleep in.
- Put together short SH'BAM brief for all Nordic SH'BAM trainers.
- Work full time.
- Do fun stuff with Ebbe! <3
- Meet friends and family.
- Have some sort of a life outside of fitness...?

LIVE.

I am though. To the fullest. Loving every day of it and even though I have to blame whoever stupid f**k who planned my schedule for Jan and Feb, I still can see that it's all good things heading my way and I can still feel grate gratitude for everything I get to experience. I'm just gonna try and experience at a bit slower pace for the rest of 2012. ;)

Take care my friends. Let's give it our best and that is gonna be just great enough. :)

  5. My God, do I know that feeling - yeah, who ARE those crazy people than plan our lives!?! ;)

    When my schedule looks like yours, I usually also put stuff like "eat breakfast" and "pack bag for bodycombat class tonight" on the list. Then at least it feels like I get SOMETHING done...!

  6. Aah I know eXACTLY how you feel. Maybe it a profession thing ;). Got realeases to get in, and then all the rest that comes with the new year. Head feels like cottonwool, my memory is like a teflonpan and I actually DUMP into things :D. But same, I love what I do. I wouldn`t trade it for anything. ;)
