Xmas part 1!

We spent Christmas Eve with Veronicas brother w family and had the best of days! The food, the singing, the dancing - everything!

And while we were singing carol after carol, my little prince met Santa at Grandpa and uncles place with dad! Bless.


Today he's back with me though <3 and we're heading out to the country house to celebrate with my brothers family and my parents. :)

I need a vacation!!

Oh my. Being a GFM for over 11 clubs sure takes its toll on health and energy. Work has been massive the last days AND on top of that Ebbe got sick - again.. Poor thing. Better now though and all set for Santa to arrive! ;)

I'm gonna take the whole weekend off and just enjoy myself and rest, eat good food, drink wine and hang with loved ones. <3

They say dreams don't work unless you do - so I did and they do! :)

Recipes!

Some of you have been requesting the recipes for the baking I've been devoting myself to lately, however this was more difficult than I thought trying to translate all foods and measurements.. :-/ Therefor I leave you only with links to the Swedish recipes and IF you wish than you can always ask a Swede near you for help OR - get out the good old dictionary and a large piece of patience.. ;) Carrot cake! Saffron buns! Chocolate sticky cake! A piece of good home made cake is so much better for the body than all the processed stuff to be found in stores. A healthy lifestyle is about finding balance. Enjoying the good in life and at the same time taking care of your body. It's your only one. <3 /Å

A great tuesday! :)

After a day at work with what is most definitely the loveliest most FUN collegues in the world and my favourite class of the week - my lunchtime calming BODYBALANCE - I swoosched off to meet my friend and old boss Eva! This is a woman who ever since I first met her - and still is - a big inspiration for me. She is the best, most efficient and fair boss I've ever had and at the same time she manages to still keep the fun and the personal side very much alive with her staff. More good bosses to the people I say! :)

Sat down and chatted and laughed for a few hours and also got to meet the exchange student Sierra from San Diego, one of her two beautiful daughters - Erika and Erika's boyfriend Bror.


And now - don't you for a second think this is just the old "regular boyfriend". No no, this one didn't only travel to China with an entire camera crew following him on his journey.. He just took it a step further to make it a tiiiny bit more exciting..

He went there by bike..!! X-)
