Bakery evening!

After sledding saffron buns aka lussebullar was on schedule for tonight! Got our yeast, quark, butter and other stuff ready.. (Promised Mandy Dupree to post recipies later on! :))


Ebbe staying safe in the kitchen.. Errh..?!


Couldn't find my baking brush so had to borrow from Ebbes water colours. Hopefully I got all the colour out of it before dipping it in the egg.. ;)


Ta-daa! The end result! :)


A few buns later with alco-free glühwein for me and milk for Ebbe it's now time for bed.
