LCHF..?! No thanks.

For one: I'm sure eating lots of saturated fats and excessive amounts of protein can really be bad for your health.

Two: I believe eating lots of fruits and veg (carb rich ones included) is nothing but great for your health!

Three: If you make sure to get your workouts in several times a week, eating moderately of everything shouldn't really be a problem! :)

And with that said, since I've been mainly doing lazy, but lovely, stuff today..

















..I'd say it's time to change clothes and lace up my Nike Lunars! ;)
