Weekend of family..

This weekend was spent welcoming x-mas at my brothers house. Lots of fun and yummy gingerbreadbaking!





Today I'm letting Ebbe play while I check out some Father's Day shopping. :)


Then driving Marcus to the airport and a quick visit to Grandma and Grandpa this evening.

Tired but happy. Winter darkness taking its toll.

On a train..

Up since 4.30 am. On a train since 5.50 am. Everyone around asleep. My eyes itchy and tired but can't sleep. Keep thinking to stay awake at least past my BODYPUMP lunch class. Then I can just work away behind my desk. No physical activity needed. No choreography in mind.

Already can't wait to get home to my bed.

Lovely Saturday!

Saturday was spent in a gastronomical heaven at our friends The Schmid's house! Delicious food and lots of laughter was the melody - as always! <3


Homemade breaking bread - yum!





And THE best oxe and potato gratin we've had in a looooooong time..





Then cute Isa and her sister Ellie taught us games on the ipad before hitting the Xbox and a sweaty dancing competition! Fun!

Loving seafood!

As a westcoast girl I've come to realise I'm kind of picky when it comes to seafood. If it comes out of a box in a store I'm usually not impressed. So therefor I decided it was time for a trip to the fish market and then a proper old time dinner for mom and dad who were coming over tonight!

Ten fillets of plaise, boiled potatoes (with skin), carrots, peas, melted butter and horseradish - absolutely delish!

Frying away in butter - love the sound.. Mm!

Tonight was alonetime with myself since Ebbe fell asleep early. Watched a superfunny movie - 2 nights in Paris - and had some snacks. With myself. Can't remember when it happened last. :)

Another highlight these last days was when our little BerggrenNilsson family went to hang out and get gastronomically spoiled at the Pettersson von Zweigbergk casa!
