Loving seafood!

As a westcoast girl I've come to realise I'm kind of picky when it comes to seafood. If it comes out of a box in a store I'm usually not impressed. So therefor I decided it was time for a trip to the fish market and then a proper old time dinner for mom and dad who were coming over tonight!

Ten fillets of plaise, boiled potatoes (with skin), carrots, peas, melted butter and horseradish - absolutely delish!

Frying away in butter - love the sound.. Mm!
