Heavy day ahead..

In bed and gonna try and get a good eight hours in. Tomorrow is a full on day that starts off with a class, then meeting, leaving the car off at the mechanics, back to work, getting interviewed by Fitness Magazine Sweden, teaching my beloved SH'BAM and then finishing off the evening with some good food and wine team building with my two funny gorgeous GFM collegues! :)

Fun! But need to charge first.. ;)

Helooooo everyone!! Don't think for a second I haven't been blogging on my weekend off (which maybe I shouldn't but still ;)) - I have! But the absolutely shittiest, crappiest most useless app in the world BLOGPRESS (do not buy!) keeps f**king up and getting stuck and is "unable" to load images. Jada jada so for it to work I have to re-install over and over. ANNOYING to say the least. Tips of any other apps working with my blogger/picasa/youtube accounts simultaneously would be greatly appreciated.

Henke invited Ebbe and me to THE most delicious dinner at his house on Saturday night! No man I've ever met can cook like him - Y.U.M!!

Sunday off to Beckis, Micke and the girls for Estelles birthday party! Gorgeous hostess as always..

Ebbe started off a bit quiet with sitting down and downing two sausages alone(!) at the kids table since all the other kids were already full on playing..

Needless to say he soon caught up.. ;)

Sunday evening was spend tasting a new wine in my new gorgeous wine glasses.. Highly recommended!

And then - as a great start to this week - today Monday I found THE perfect thing for my sofa wall..

How awesome is that!? :)

A weekend of fun!

Heheey! As I came home from Greece Sweden was everything but sunny and this is how I entered the gym as I came straight from the airport to teach the SH'BAM release at Sportlife Frölunda. Brrr..

But the very next day at work - what is Anchi bringing to the office?? The first sign of spring! Love it!

And what better to do when spring comes than to clear out the closet? Therefor I have now three boxes at home with clothes going out and then of course there has to be some coming in too. ;) And this is what I decided on this week.. !

(Yes, all Nike of course - what did you expect?? ;))

And yesterday my shiny new sofa arrived! It fit p e r f e c t l y into my little living room and it's gonna be even better when everything else that needs to be done is settled to and not so much stuff just laying around. But she sure is a beauty!'

And the other day Ebbe and I took a walk instead of the car to the grocery store to really enjoy the wheather. And since he always wants to help of course we didn't really go by the sign "please don't build 'food mountains'" at the check-out. Oops..

But a LOT of yummy food came with us home, which made for a delicious home made Tandoori chicken dinner yesterday and the breakfast isn't too shabby either, I'd say.. :)

Today I'm taking a BODYCOMBAT class at noon and then later on Ebbe and I are heading home to Henke for some dinner and catching up time for Dad-Mom-Son together! :)

Time to book Workout Åre NOW!!

In may I'm heading up to Åre in the north of Sweden to present at a convention I've been longing to present at for several years! WORKOUT ÅRE 2012! I will be in good company amongst many well-known and great presenters and I'm so excited to get to be a part of this event in May. :) The classes I'll be teaching are SH'BAM 8, BODYBALANCE 57 and my own Burlesque Chair (which is already fully booked - yay)!!

(And for those of you wondering if I have an alien coming out of my stomach - nope, only my hernia since pregnancy. Oh the blessings of being a woman..)

SH'BAM with Tanya was awesome fun! And I have to say from the look of the pic, we're stupidly perfect in sync too?! (Well at least in that split second.. ;))

Now fixing at home and trying to get yet another moving box outta the way.. Sigh.

Greece Day 1..!

My lovely room mate and SH'BAM co-presenter Tanya! We met at the hotel and had lunch together and we were amazed how much we have in common!? She too has a dancing background frim London, thinks being spontaneous is a great way to teach AND she too talks a LOT.. ;) a match made in heaven I'd say!

Lunch was brilliant and I tried rabbit which I don't eat too often at home..

And YES I had desserts. Plural. :)

Then in the afternoon the rest of the teams arrived and we hung out in the evening. Here we're all in the studio just having checked out the big stage!

The other half of the Spanish duo is of course Petter. I always have so much silly fun with them! And yesterday when they arrived thay had brough a little gift for me. :)
