Stone age make believe??

Quote from conf call about Les Mills Pump yesterday:

“Losing flexibility as you age is one of the biggest reasons I believe to injury if you stop working out or you workout less or you just stop stretching.  A lot of us have jobs where we sit still for a lot of the time so we need to do something with the body.  I believe, personally, that all the houses that we live in should have like maybe a short door and a tall door and you need to crawl under something to get into the bedroom or you need to climb over something to get to the living room.  Then we would all be awesome with no injuries, nothing, we would all be fine!  But it doesn’t look like that.  We are all so comfortable when we have it so convenient all the time so we need to do something to make sure that our bodies are as supple as if we had to hunt for our own food every day like before.”
~ Asa Eriksson, Les Mills Trainer ~ Goteborg, Sweden

I know I said some funny stuff yesterday. And I know I might have said something slightly confusing or contradictive at times, when my English didn't really work with my Swedish mind the way I wanted it to. But apparently from reading the quote above I also said one or two things that actually make sense. Or at least I reckon. :)

Now bring out your tool kit and start demolishing your house! OR you could always work out and stretch instead. Seems like a heck of a lot more fun to me for sure.. ;)
