Shanghai day 3..

Outfit of the day elevator pic from Wednesday morning. Well you can't really see much of the outfit I picked out, can you?! As I arrived to the hotel there was a whole box with lots and lots of cool stuff from Nike Chinas spring collection - including two pairs of shoes, three bags and a downjacket just to mention some! And yes my bag was overweight on my way home..


The first ones hogging their seats for Burlesque Chair. :)


And finally I got to meet Nicole and Justin Sanchez whose names I've come across a lot when talking about Les Mills but never have had the pleasure of meeting. And say no more - two wonderful spirits who jumped straight into my heart and put a smile on my days for the whole stay. Nicole really cracks me up! :) Here we're just being silly right after my class..


And another thing that I've never experienced in this way before - the photo sessions after a class. Here Nicole is posing with one of the participants and this is just what it's like. After class there a long queue of people wanting to take a pic with you and I'm not kidding if I say there was m a n y pics taken. My whole face was sore after the first class before I got used to it, but you know me - love the participants and love taking pictures so I'm not complaining. ;)


Lecture about the 7 frame concerning running with Ruben and his translator Tommy - some really interesting stuff. I learned a lot!


And the closing show! Oh. My. God. It was such a nice contrast to the other shows at the Blasts I've been to. Not that they have been anything less then awesome(!!) but this was something totally different. Very little is set and there's a lot of improvising and joking going on. And the crowd were absolutely killing themselves laughing at times. Also were some presenters prompted to come up and do a little spontaneous number to a random song. And you know what?? They all DID. I so wonder if that would happen in Sweden.. Highly doubt it. ;)

I myself was asked to bring four people from my chair class up on stage to perform our Britney routine! So much fun! Of course I had to do the choreo starting on the other leg all pf a sudden, meaning I messed up a couple of times. But that was the thing - it didn't matter, it was all just about having fun!

Here the guys are doing some dance in ...sportbras?!


After show rushing home to get changed for dinner. Japanese restaurante Dozo coming up!
