Not good..

I can't sleep. It's now 10 pm Swedish time, but 4 am in Shanghai. Meaning I'll probably be ready to crash just about when we land..!? Oops no good. Please someone make me fall asleep for about two hours or so. Anything goes. If not I'm not sure how much energy I'll have left for a full on convention day tomorrow.. :-/

I even started rehearsing and scripting for the Les Mills Hellas Festival in Athens in two weeks. Thinking through my pump tracks for the team class with the greek team and the Swedish Oak! Trying to focus on counts and scripts when I'm tired usually puts me to sleep.. ;)

But no. For now this lady will have to keep me company. Hopefully her voice can soothe me inte some sort of mental rest anyhow. :)



Four hours til touchdown as I'm writing this. Feels quite soon in a way..
