It's a beautiful thing.

It's that time again. I'm on a plane high up over the clouds and above parts of the world I've only seen on the map before (not that I s e e it now either but you get me). And it's always that time when you cross the time zones and you literally go from bright sunlight to pitch black darkness in less than five minutes that you realize how precious our planet is. How small we are in the big picture. This is all we got. And the way we're going? Not for long.

I want Ebbe and his kids and whatever grandkids and so on to get to spend their summers too in green summer fields, with clean drinking water and the possibility to eat what you catch etc.

Saying this I realize I am a bit fake myself. What have I just gone on and on about in the last blogposts?? My travelling. And airplanes are more or less the worst transportation, am I right?! So maybe this blogpost is for me today. Sure who wouldn't want to go when invited to New Zealand? Who wouldn't want to see other parts of the world? But maybe then that means it's my responsibility to make a bigger effort in all other parts of my life at the same time then!?

So knowing there's a lot one can do to improve, it is always about taking the forst step. And my first step will be shopping. Or rather NO shopping of unnecessary stuff. Like clothes and shoes for example. So please feel free to poke me at the end of this trip and ask me!

I shall not buy any shoes och clothes that are not directly needed for my work with the Les Mills SH'BAM filming these two weeks. Basta!

And for those of you don't know me that well - it will be a challenge for me. And yes, silly as it might be, I admit that, it is still my first step towards taking more environmental responsibility.

What will be yours?
