Today I woke up at 7.30 which felt great cause many of the recent nights I haven't been sleeping well at a l l so this was a nice change. Went to a gym outside of town to teach another rehearsal class and now just had lunch back at home at the hotel and having a quick rest.
Soon rehearsals and staging in Studio 1 and then taking class at the gym tonight. Dr Dave asked me to teach his BODYBALANCE class with him and I wanted to at first, but then I just decided it was better to just focus on one thing while here - my Sh'BAM tracks. :)
After his class we'll have dinner at his and Alvaros place and then home to sleep before the final dress rehearsal tomorrow! Wiiih!
