Bliss..

An absolutely awesome Sh'Bam quarterly workshop today in Gothenburg! I'm sure those marvellous instructors don't even understand the beginning of how much joy they bring me by their smiles and talanted dancing spirits! <3

Now going to bed with a smile on my face! :) And pen and paper in my hands. Gotta start scripting bodypump tracks for next wknd now..
